That’s where I come in—as a temporary team member, I can step in as a speaker or assist in coordinating and producing your next event. Creative skills are not everyones strong suit and this is another aspect as to where I can help you as the image you put out is a reflection of God and your ministry. I design everything from simple hand-outs to more complex design needs such as promotional materials and brand identity.

More about René Boecking

For the last forty years I have been working with children, youth and adults in various aspects of ministry and have also helped put on numerous events and retreats of various sizes including the creation of curriculum materials.

In addition to my ministry experience, I have been ordained as a minister through Christian Leaders Alliance and I’m also a licensed coaching minister. Additionally, I have been involved in the communication and design industry since 1989 and run my own branding and design studio.

I’m located in North Vancouver, British Columbia and I am open to traveling.

Local travel within Lower Mainland (Travel and accommodation costs additional outside the Lower Mainland.)

Workshop & Event Coordination Package

Ideal for churches or ministries planning a half-day workshop or special event.

Includes:

One workshop or seminar (2-4 hours)
Event coordination and production support
Customized handouts or promotional materials (up to 2 designs)
Local travel and basic event setup assistance

Pricing: Starting at $1,200

Weekend Retreat Package

Ideal for multi-day retreats or conferences.

Includes:

Speaking engagements across multiple sessions (up to 3 sessions)
Full event coordination and production (logistics, scheduling, etc.)
Custom branding and design for the event (logo, flyers, banners, etc.)
Travel and accommodation arrangements

Pricing: Starting at $2,500 – $3,500 (depending on travel and event complexity)

Branding & Ministry Launch Package

Ideal for new ministries or churches looking to establish a strong brand identity.

Brand consulting session
Full brand identity development (logo, colour scheme, typography)
Design of core branding materials (business cards, letterhead, social media banners)
One guest speaking engagement to introduce the new brand (e.g., launch event, special service)

Ideal for churches or ministries needing ongoing support for an extended project or multiple events.

Multiple speaking engagements (up to 5 across different events)
